Nach dem weltweiten Erfolg von LET IT BE sind Apple Corps und USM stolz darauf, die nächste Multiformat-Neuauflage des Beatles-Albums REVOLVER zu präsentieren.

Das siebte Studioalbum der Beatles wurde am 5. August 1966 mit der Doppel-A-Seiten-Single mit den Songs Eleanor Rigby / Yellow Submarine veröffentlicht. Das unerwartete Geschenk einer dreimonatigen Pause zu Beginn des Jahres 1966 bedeutete, dass sie im April desselben Jahres bereit waren, ihr bisher bahnbrechendstes Album aufzunehmen. Ein Album, das die Art und Weise, wie Künstler ihre Songs schreiben und aufnehmen, neu definieren sollte, und das mit Hilfe eines einzigartig talentierten Produzenten und Ingenieuren, die ihnen bei der Verwirklichung ihrer Träume helfen wollten, die Art und Weise verändern sollte, wie die Welt Alben als eigenständige kreative Werke betrachtete.
