Paul McCartney’s post-Beatles career in the 1970s has been well chronicled. He resumed touring, performing 190 concerts before 3.7 million people between 2002-09, including standout shows at Moscow’s Red Square, Glastonbury and Coachella. Paul campaigned on animal welfare and human rights and exhibited his talents as a painter and poet.
